摘要 地海面引起的多径散射效应,使得雷达低角工作时产生多径误差,进而影响雷达的跟踪测量精度,甚至会使雷达完全失去对目标的跟踪测量能力.这里首先给出了地海面的散射计算公式,然后进行了多径效应散射预测软件设计,最后应用多径效应散射预测软件对几种环境条件进行了仿真与分析. When the radar works in low angle, it brings inaccuracy because of the multi-path scattering effect caused by the surface of the earth and the sea. The effect can affect the radar's accuracy of tracking and measuring, even can make the radar lose the ability of tracking and measuring completely. The paper firstly gives diffuse scattering calculate formulas about the surface of the earth and the sea, and then designs scattering prediction software of the multi-path effect; at the same time, simulates and analyzes several environment conditions; finally, gives prediction software source procedure
