According to the state＇s suggestions of bilingual education promotion and bilingual definition, this paper demonstrates the importance of bilingual education, describes the current domestic and international bilingual teaching situations and expounds the necessity and feasibility of bilingual teaching in actual teaching. Some specific problems encountered in teaching have been discussed and accordingly the methods and measures for improvement have been put forward.
