摘要
目的观察胃苏颗粒治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法133例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组71例和对照组62例,分别采用胃苏颗粒和吗丁啉治疗,疗程1个月。结果治疗组总有效率为85.92%,高于对照组的62.90%(P<0.05)。结论胃苏颗粒治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Weisu Granule＂ in the treatment of bile-reflux gastritis. Methods 133 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 71 cases were treated with ＂Weisu Granule＂ and control group in which 62 cases were treated with Domperidone, with a course of one month. Results The total effective rate was 85.92% in treatment group and 62.90% in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Weisu Granule＂ is quite effective for bile-reflux gastritis.
