摘要
汽车前围板对乘员室内的振动噪声特性影响很大。采用有限元方法对一乘用车前围板进行模态和振动频响特性分析,并对前围板加筋的位置和形状进行了基于振动特性的形貌优化设计。
Dash panel is important to noise and vibration performance of compartment. It should be pay much more attention to its modal shape, frequency and location of ribs during early design. In this paper, finite element method is adopted to analysis modes and acceleration frequency response of dash panel. Furthermore, in order to decrease the acceleration magnitude of attaching points of pedal, topography optimization based on vibration analysis is used to determine the location and shape of ribs on dash panel. This method is verified to be effective to decrease the vibration magnitude of pedal attaching points.
