摘要
以棉纤维为原料,经氯化和胺化反应,制成胺基螯合棉纤维并用于锰浆脱硫吸收液中重金属离子Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+、Zn2+的吸附。试验发现采用三氯氧磷作为氯化试剂效果优于氯化亚砜和环氧氯丙烷。同时乙二胺作为胺化试剂优于硫脲和尿素。胺基螯合棉纤维对Fe3+的吸附可用Freundlish等温吸附方程描述,考察了各种因素对吸附效果的影响,较佳吸附条件:吸收液pH为3,温度为25℃,振荡时间为4 h。
Using cotton fiber as raw material, amino chelating cotton fiber was prepared via chlorination and aminating and it was used for absorbing the heavy metal ions Fe^3+、Co^2+、Ni^2+、Zn^2+ in the absorption liquid of manganese pulp desulfurization. The results showed that the performance of phosphorus oxychloride as the chlorination reagents was superior to thionyl chloride and epichlorohydrin. Meantime, performance of ethylenediamine as aminating reagents was better than thiourea and urea. The adsorption of Fe^3+ on amino chelating cotton fiber can be described using Freundlish equation, The factors of affecting adsorption were studied, The better adsorption conditions read as follows: heavy metal ion solution pH 3, temperature 25℃ ,shaking time 4 h.
