摘要
在150℃水热条件下,以CTAB作为模板导向剂,用HMnO4氧化Mn(CH3COO)2,制备出β-MnO2纳米带。反应过程中使用HMnO4为氧化剂,不引入任何金属阳离子。通过XRD、SEM对产物进行表征,发现产物为一维带状结构,由于表面CTAB吸附在产物的晶面上,限制了一些晶面的生长,改变了晶面的生长速度,得到带状产物。模板剂CTAB是纳米带形成的决定因素。
With the CTAB as templates β-MnO2 nanobehs have been synthesized by hydrothermal method through oxidizing Mn(CH3COO)2 with HMnO4 at 150℃ .The advantage of oxidizing agent HMnO4 is that no other metallic ions coming into the product structures. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM. The intrinsic crystal growth was subsequently modulated extrinsically by surfactant CTAB adsorption on certain crystallographic facets, that inhibit the growth of some crystal planes and results in different growth rates during particle growth, thus tailoring the crystal shapes. It is found that CTAB templates play the critical role for the formation of β-MnO2 nanobelts.
