摘要
垩白是衡量大米品质的重要指标之一。为了快速、客观、准确地检测垩白米粒,以实际应用为目的,利用最佳阈值先将大米从背景中分割出来,然后通过近似垩白的比色带确定分割垩白的最佳阈值,将垩白从大米中分割出来,通过计算垩白区面积与整粒米面积之比确定垩白米粒,并计算垩白度和垩白粒率,实现大米垩白度的自动检测。
Chalk degree is one of the important indicators for judgment of rice quality, tn order to quickly, objectively and accurately detect rice ehalkiness, taking practical application as the purpose, the rice was extracted from background with optimal threshold, and then, after the optimal threshold of extracted chalk has been defined through color comparison ribbons of approximating chalk, the chalk was extracted from the rice. Chalky grain was defined through calculating area ratio of chalk and the whole flee, chalky area ratio and chalky grain rate were calculated, thus to realize the automatic detection of rice chalk degree.
