摘要
通过对砂型定位装置间隙与砂型错型量关系的研究。及对此间隙构成的分析。根据新国标对错型量的要求和生产实践中的经验,按照国标 GB1800-79《公差与配合》的规定.推荐一套砂型定位装置的公差与配合的标准.
Through study on the relationship between clearance of sand mold location device and shifting quantity and analysis of the clearance constitution,this paper provides a set of stan- dard of tolerance and fit to sand mold location device reference to foundry engineer,based on the requirement of new national standard for shifting quantity and experience obtained from the practice of production,according to the National Standard GB1800-79'Toler- ance and Fit'.
