Effects of NSP Enzyme Preparation on Production Performance and Nutrient Utilization Rate of Broilers

摘要 选用1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡256只,随机分为4个组:1组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,2组饲喂在1组日粮基础上降低代谢能0.21MJ/kg的日粮,3组饲喂“2组日粮+200g/t酶制剂”,4组饲喂“2组日粮+400g/t酶制剂”,研究NSP酶制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能和养分代谢的影响。结果表明:3、4组平均日增重、料重比均不同程度的优于2组;3、4组在42日龄时能量、干物质和粗蛋白质等养分代谢率也提高;4组的表观代谢能比2、1组分别提高了2.23%(P〈0.05)和0.98%(P〉0.05),真代谢能与2、1组相比分别提高了2.06%(P〈0.05)和0.89%(P〉0.05);3、4组的营养物质代谢率与2、1组相比有1.5%-8.5%(P〈0.05)的改善幅度。 256 Ross 308 broilers with an age of 1 day were divided into 4 groups randomly : Group 1 was fed on corn and soybean diets, Group 2 was fed on diets with reduced metabolic energy of 0.21 MJ/kg based on diets for Group 1, Group 3 was fed on "diets for Group 2 + 200 g/t enzyme preparation" and Group 4 was fed on " diets for Group 2 + 400 g/t enzyme preparation" , to study the effects of NSP enzyme preparation on production performance and nutrient metabolism of broilers. The results indicated that average daily gain and feed - weight ratio of Group 3 and 4 were all superior to those of Group 2 ; the metabolic rates of energy, dry matter and crude protein were also increased in Group 3 and 4 at an age of 42 days ; the apparent metabolic energy in Group 4 was increased by 2.23% (P 〈 0.05) and 0.98% (P 〉 0.05) respectively compared to Group 2 and 1; the true metabolic energy was increased by 2.06% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 0.89% ( P 〈 0.05 ) respectively compared to Group 2 and 1 ; the nutrient metabolic rates in Group 3 and 4 were improved by 1.5% -8.5% (P 〈 0.05) compared to Group 2 and 1.
