摘要
以隔离早期断奶仔猪为试验对象研究牛初乳、发酵牛乳对仔猪生长性能的影响。结果表明:在第Ⅲ阶段,发酵牛乳组体重与对照组比差异极显著,与牛初乳组比差异显著。发酵牛乳组平均日增重与对照组相比,在第Ⅰ、Ⅲ阶段差异显著,全期差异极显著;在第Ⅱ阶段,各组间平均日增重差异均不显著。发酵牛乳组平均日采食量与对照组比,在第Ⅲ阶段差异显著,全期差异不显著。发酵牛乳组料重比与对照组比,在第Ⅰ、Ⅱ阶段差异极显著,全期差异极显著;在各个阶段,发酵牛乳组料重比与牛初乳组比差异均不显著。
The effect of bovine colostrum (BC) and fermented bovine milk (FBM) on the growing performance of segregated early weaning piglets was studied. The results indicated that in phase 3, the body weight of FBM group was very significantly different from that of the control and significantly different from that of the BC group. The average daily weight gain of FBM group was significantly different from that of the control in phase 1 and 2, and very significantly different in the whole phase. The difference of average daily weight gain between all groups was not significant in the phase 2. The difference of average daily feed intake of FBM group was significant compared to the control group in the phase 3 and not significant in the whole phase. The difference of feed - weight ratio of FBM group was extremely significant in the phase 1 and 2 compared to the control, and extremely significant in the whole phase; the difference of feed - weight ratio of FBM group was all not significant compared to the BC group in all phases.
