摘要
以马铃薯栽培品种甘农薯1号的脱毒试管苗茎段为外植体,研究了蔗糖浓度和光照对试管薯形成和发育的影响,结果表明:马铃薯试管薯诱导培养基MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L中加入80 g/kg蔗糖的诱导效果明显优于其它添加蔗糖浓度的处理;黑暗处理优于光照处理;液态培养优于固态培养。
Using the virus free test tube seedling of Gannongshu 1 with a piece of leaf's jingduan segment as explants,the effection of different treatment on potato test tube induction were studied. The result indicated that the conditions of MS+ 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + 80 g/kg sucrose culture medium of liquid state, under dark treatment were best than that of other treatments.
