摘要
总结了近年来对中药降糖机理的研究结果,认为中药具有保护修复和促进胰岛β细胞分泌,拮抗升糖激素,提高胰岛素的敏感性,增强对糖的吸收利用和糖原合成,抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,防止胰岛β细胞的凋亡等,为中医药治疗糖尿病的研究提供了重要参考。
This paper summarized the research results about hypoglycemic mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in recent yearsoThese results suggested TCM could protect,repair islet beta cells and stimulate its secretion, antagonize glucagons,improve insulin sensitivity,increase glucose the uptake and utilization and the glycogen synthesis,inhibit α-glucosidase activity,prevent islet beta cells apoptosis,etcoAll these provided an important reference for research in the treatment of diabetes by TCM.
