摘要
要对压气机气动失稳进行在线预警和主动控制,就必须能够准确、及时地检测到失稳先兆。对某型发动机的压气机气动失稳前后出口总压信号的方差进行了详细分析,结果证实:压气机进入失稳以前,压力信号的方差有一明显的增长过程,在失稳前0.04 s检测到失稳先兆。在方差分析法的基础上对方差法进行了改进,改进的方差法比方差法提前0.07 s检测到失稳先兆,并有运算量小、运算速度快的优点,可用于工程实际,实现对压气机气动失稳的主动控制。
To execute online warning and active control for aerodynamic instability of compressors, aerodynamic instability inception must be detected accurately and timely. Computation and analysis variance of outlet total pressure signal around loosing compressor aerodynamic stability of certain engine, and corresponding analysis results demonstrate that the variance has evidently increased and the method can detect inception signal of aer- odynamic instability of the compressor 0.04 s in advance. Besides, an improved variance method on the basis of variance method is proposed. The improved method detects inception signal 0.07 s earlier than the variance. For the advantages of less in engineering practice to operation and high computing speed, the improved variance algorithm can be applied achieve real-time active control for aerodynamic instability of compressors.
