摘要
通过对我院制药工程专业近几年来毕业生就业情况和就业意向的调查,我们分析归纳了独立学院制药工程专业大学毕业生的就业特点及存在的问题,探索了提高就业率的途径,并进行了实践,结果表明效果较好。
Through investigation on the employment for undergraduates of pharmaceutical engineering department of our college,problems and analysis are made in the paper.The ways of improving employment rates are practiced,and good results are achieved.
