摘要
职务犯罪隐蔽性强,在侦查实践中经常会遭遇"讯问僵局"。本文针对职务犯罪侦查中出现的讯问僵局,具体分析其表现和成因,并提出了突破讯问僵局的对策。
Nowadays job-related crimes still increase quickly while being attacked.In accordance with interrogation deadlock in detection of job-related crimes,the article attempts to explore the current expressions and causes of the phenomenon,providing measures on howto break interrogation impasse.
