摘要 目的:优选贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的超声波提取工艺。方法:采用超声波提取技术,以正交试验设计,考察溶剂种类、溶剂浓度、料液倍量比、超声波功率、单次辐射时间和提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果:优选出的工艺条件为80%乙醇,料液比1∶10(w/v),提取功率400 W,单次辐射3 s,每次提取20 min。在最优条件下,金丝桃素提取率为(96.04±0.25)%,得到浸膏中金丝桃素含量为0.31%。结论:本工艺简单、经济、提取率高,浸膏中金丝桃素含量符合要求。 Objective: To establish an ultrasonic wave extraction technique of hypericin from Hypericum perforatum L. Methods: The influence of different factors such as category and concentration of solvent,fluid to material ratio, ultrasonic power,single radiation time and extraction time on the extraction efficiency was investigated. The technique of ultrasonic wave extraction was optimized by orthogonal test. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction with 80% etha nol,material to fluid ratio of 1 : 10(w,/v),the ultrasonic power 400 W,single radiation time 3 s, extraction time 20 rnin per time. The extraclion rate could reach (96. 04± 0.25 )% and content of hypericin in the extract was 0.31%. Conclusion: This technique is simple and economical with high extraction rate,and the content of bypericin in extract fulfills the quality requirement.
