Advances in research on active constituents of Chinese materia medica in treatment of Alzheimer's disease

阿尔茨海默病是老年人常见疾病之一,严重影响老年人的生活质量。中药在治疗阿尔茨海默病方面具有多途径、多方式、多靶点作用的优势,生物碱类、黄酮类、皂苷类、香豆素类、酚酸类和木脂素类等中药成分针对阿尔茨海默病的发病机制,有较好的防治作用。本文详细介绍了多种中药活性成分用于治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展。

Alzheimer disease （senile dementia） is one of the common diseases which affects the life quality of the aged people seriously. Many kinds of active constituents such as alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, coumarins, phenolic acids and lignanoids, etc, in Chinese materia medica aim directly at the pathogenesy of Alzheimer disease, and have good efficacy in preven tion and treatment of the disease. In this paper, advances in research on active constituents of traditional Chinese materia medi ca in treatment of Alzheimer disease are reviewed in detail.
