摘要
介绍了在焊接H梁制作过程中采取预留收缩量、反变形法、刚性固定法、制定合理的焊接工艺等措施来控制焊接变形,同时介绍挠曲变形、角变形的矫正方法。
Methods such as adding shrinkage beforehand,reversible deformation welding,working out reasonable welding process etc. are put forward to control deformations caused bywelding,and various methods of correcting curvy deformations and angular deformations are introduced.
