脂肪来源干细胞的特性鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 干细胞具有向多种细胞系定向分化的潜能,其中的胚胎干细胞由于伦理和取材等因素使其研究和应用受到限制。目前,用于组织修复和再生的间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)多采用成体多能干细胞。长久以来,骨髓基质干细胞(Bone marrow derived stem cells。BMSC)一直是在干细胞研究领域应用最广的干细胞。
