碳纳米管在铅锡复合镀前的预处理工艺探讨

摘要 碳纳米管容易缠绕或聚集成束,影响了碳纳米管的在工业中的应用。文章探索了多种氧化剂改性碳纳米管,设计了一套新的过滤装置,用于碳纳米管的镀前分散处理。该方法可满足工业上碳纳米管大量使用的要求,能较好的实现碳纳米管在镀液中的分散。使用扫描电镜对氧化剂改性的碳纳米管进行了表征,并作了比较,认为用浓硝酸纯化碳纳米管的效果优于其它氧化剂。同时,用带能谱的扫描电镜对用上述方法预处理的碳纳米管复合镀层进行了表面分析:碳纳米管在复合镀层中呈无序的网状分布,碳纳米管在镀层表面分布均匀。其中碳元素在镀层中的重量百分含量约为5%。 Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) easily twist into single strands, which badly hinder application of CNTs in industry. The author explored the effects of different oxidizer, which operated with CNTs, and a new equipment was designed to filtrate, separate and disperse. It can be used to deal with large number of CNTs for pre-treatment in industry, and the effect of the dispersion is better. The microstructure of different samples were characterized by SEM and the results were compared, It indicated that concentrated nitric acid was super than the others. Meanwhile, SEM and EDS technology were employed to investigate the surface of composite electroplating: the CNTs in the composite coating appeared the reticular distribution and uniformly distributed in the coating surface. Which carbon weight percent content in the coating is about 5 %.
