摘要
目的:观察电磁辐射对大鼠学习记忆能力和海马神经元形态的影响。方法:48只Wistar大鼠随机分为8组(n=6):辐射组(6个)、假辐射组(1个)、空白对照组(1个)。辐射组大鼠头部接受频率为900MHz、功率密度为2000μW/cm2的近场辐射,连续辐射30d后以Morris水迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力,硫堇染色观察海马神经元的形态变化。结果:与空白对照组大鼠相比,假辐射组的学习记忆能力无明显变化(P>0.05),各辐射组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显下降(P<0.05)。硫堇染色结果显示,空白对照组和假辐射组大鼠海马神经元形态与数目均无明显变化;各辐射组大鼠海马CA1区和CA3区锥体细胞层变薄,细胞排列紊乱、疏松,胞浆尼氏体较减少,并出现大量神经元缺失。结论:900MHz微波电磁辐射可导致大鼠的空间学习记忆功能下降。
Objective:To study the effects of electromagnetic irradiation on learning and memory ability and neurons morphology changes in hippocampus of rats.Methods:48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (n=6):6 radiation groups, 1 sham-radiation group and 1 normal control group. The rats in each radiation group were received near field radiation with 900MHz and 2000μ W/cm^2 for different time in one day for 30-day. Water maze was used to detect the learning and memory ability and thionine-staining to observe the neurons morphology in hippocampus of rats.Results:Compared with rats in normal control group, the learning and memory ability of rats in sham-radiation group showed no obvious changes (P 〉 0. 05); while the learning and memory ability of rats in each radiation group descended obviously (P 〈 0.05). The results of thionine-staining: The neurons number and morphology in hippocampus of rats in shamoperation and normal control group had no obvious changes. The pyramidal layer in CAI and CA3 region of hippocampus in rats of each radiation group became thinner, the neurons arranged disorderly and loosely, nissl body in cytoplasm decreased, and also appeared loss of generous neurons.Conclusions:900MHz microwave electromagnetic irradiation can result in learning and memory deficits in rats.
