摘要 2,4,5-三羟基苯丁酮结晶工艺是以乙醇为溶剂,文章探讨了对不同浓度的乙醇,改变溶质与溶剂的物料比、析晶时间、析晶温度对2,4,5-三羟基苯丁酮析晶的影响,由此确定2,4,5-三羟基苯丁酮析晶的最佳工艺条件,经过结晶后的2,4,5-三羟基苯丁酮纯度达到99.5%以上,满足国际市场的要求。 The crystallization process of 2,4,5-Trihydroxybutyrophenone which uses ethanol as the solvent. It is explored the effect of the ethanol concentration, different feed ratios of solute to solvent, time, temperature, thus defined the best conditions with the 2,4,5-Trihydroxybutyrophenone crystallized.The mass fraction of 2,4,5-Trihydroxybutyrophenone purified can be over 99.5%, which come up to the demand of international market.
