人类核受体在CYP3A转录调控机制中的作用

摘要 细胞色素P450参与一系列重要的临床常用药物、内外源性物质的代谢转化,起到解毒和保护肝脏的作用。CYP3A是细胞色素P450(CYP450)超家族的主要成员,参与50%以上临床常用药物的代谢和诸多典型致癌物的活化。近年来,发现核受体尤其是孕烷X受体(pregnane X receptor,PXR)是CYP3A基因表达的主要转录活化因子,了解核受体对CYP3A的转录调控将有助于指导临床合理用药,
