摘要
炼油厂加氢装置4M80-33.3/23-139-BX型新氢压缩机是用以提高氢气压力,满足生产装置工艺流程需要的往复式压缩机。对该机组在试车过程中发生的十字头过热故障进行详细分析,提出切实可行的处理方案并组织实施,保证了该机组的正常运转。
In refinery hydrocracking the 4M80-33.3/23-139-BX new hydrogen compressor is reciprocating compressor. It is used to enhance the hydrogen pressure in order to supply fresh & full hydrogen for process needs. The multianalysis for the crosshead superheat malfunction of the compressor testing, table the feasible maintaining scheme and organize implement, have guaranteed this unit's normal work.
