摘要
采用SOL-GEL技术将纳米SiO2溶胶分子加入到PTFE乳液中,制成PTFE/SiO2复合薄膜。以SiO2为改性剂的PTFE薄膜的临界膜厚达到45μm,大大提高了涂层的耐磨性,并且其耐盐水时间超过72h。
Using sol-gel method, nano-SiO2 sol molecules were added in PTFE emulsion, and PTFE/SiO2 composite thin layer was produced. After modification by SiO2 the critical thickness of the PTFE thin layer reached 45 μm, that thereby greatly increased the abrasion resistance of the coating, and its salt water resistant time exceeded 72 h.
