摘要
试验测试了在-100℃~100℃范围内铝箔力学性能及线膨胀系数随温度变化的规律。试验结果表明,铝箔的力学性能及线膨胀系数具有显著的热不稳定性;抗拉强度随温度升高而直线下降,屈服强度也随温度升高而下降,但在室温以上时,下降的速度较快,其曲线的斜率略大于抗拉强度随温度变化曲线的斜率;弹性模量与线膨胀系数随温度升高呈下降趋势,室温以上曲线变化的斜率均小于室温以下的曲线变化的斜率。
Mechanical performance and thermal expand coefficient of aluminum foil under temperature filed-100℃-100℃ was tested and studied in this paper.Results showed that the mechanical performance and thermal expand coefficient of aluminum foil is instability under temperature filed.Tensile strength recedes straight.Yield strength also recedes with temperature rise,but receded speed bigger than receded speed of tensile strength under room temperature.Elasticity module and thermal expand coefficient recede with temperature rise too, their curve slopes over room temperature are smaller than trader room temperature.
