通过对科技基础条件平台国内外建设情况的介绍,论述了我国平台建设的指导思想、目标、功能设计、建设内容以及相关技术。
After an introduction of the situations of the platform construction of scientific and technological basic conditions in China and abroad, the paper explains some guiding ideas, objectives, functional design, construction content and related technologies.
