摘要
信息技术的快速发展使得越来越多的大学生开始使用电子资源。由于各种原因,大学生在电子资源利用能力上还存在一定的不足,通过具体原因分析,提出了提高大学生电子资源利用能力的一些解决办法。
The quick development of information technology enables the college students to use electronic resources, but for various reasons, there are still some deficiencies in their ability to use it. The paper, after analyzing the reasons, proposes some solutions to the problems to promote their capacity.
