农村地区存在残损人民币兑换难现象,造成这种现象的原因包含政策性、金融机构、农民自身三方面原因。正确认识农村地区残损人民币兑换难的成因,实施合理的对策,对提高农村地区流通中人民币整洁度有积极意义。
