灌区节水改造工程的质量控制问题是工程的关键和核心。文章阐述了工程项目施工质量优劣的重要性,主要从材料、施工工艺、机械工具、工作人员和环境5个方面分析并探讨如何采取有效措施,通过施工过程的质量管理、施工过程的质量控制,提高灌区节水改造工程的施工质量。
The quality control of water-saving transformation in irrigation areas is the key project and core of the construction. The paper explains the importance of quality and mainly discusses how to take effective measures to promote the quality control through the quality management and control in construction from materials, construction techniques, machines, workers and the environment.
