摘要
低压载波远程集中抄表系统是一种集微电子技术、电力载波通讯技术和计算机网络管理技术于一体的低压用电管理自动化系统。系统利用低压电力线载波方式将同一配变台区内的所有用户的实际用电量(电能表读数)集中抄录到数据集中器,集中器再通过移动WAP网络将数据传送到管理主站。整个系统自动化程度高、运行可靠,是实现低压用电管理自动化、提高服务水平的重要技术手段。
The centralized meter reading system of low-voltage electric carrier wave is a low-voltage power management automation system, a combination of micro-electronics, electric carrier wave communication technology and compute network management. The system, using the low-voltage electric carrier wave, centralizes the actual consumption （meter readings） of the users of the same distribution transformer to the data concentrator, and then to the main station through mobile WAP network. Being reliable and highly automatic, the system is an important technological way to realize power management automation and improve services.
