摘要
英国和美国分别采用实务取向与学术取向的社会工作教育模式,不同的教育模式决定了英美社会工作的学科地位不同,并且导致了英美社会工作专业化发展程度也不一样。因此,我国应该结合本国国情发展实务取向与学术取向并重的社会工作教育模式,这样不但能够适应社会需要,而且有利于社会工作专业化发展。
The UK adopts the pattern of practice-oriented social work education, but the USA adopts tile one of academy-oriented, which lead to different discipline status and different professional development degree of social work in these two countries. So China should base on our national conditions and develop the co-existence model of practice-oriented and academy-oriented social work education, which can not only meets the social needs but also be conducive to the professionalization of social work in China.
