葡萄牙高等教育国际化改革中的语言政策探析——以埃维罗大学为例

为了更好地融入国际社会,适应经济全球化迅猛发展的需要,近些年来世界各国的高等院校纷纷采取措施进行国际化改革以期打造出具有跨文化适应性和兼容性的高级人才。语言是文化的重要组成部分,也是知识和信息传播的主要媒介。在国际化改革的过程中,很多高等院校都制定并执行了相应的语言政策,向双语或多语方向发展。埃维罗大学作为葡萄牙一所有代表性的大学,其语言规划和语言政策有其成功的一面,同时也暴露出很多问题,对其他类似国家语言政策的制定具有一定的借鉴意义。

In order to better integrated into international society and adapt to the need of globalization,in recent years ,many of the universities in the world take measures to turn out outstanding personnel who are characterized by the qualities of cross-cultural adaptation and integration. Language is an integral part of culture and the major media of knowledge and information. In the process of internationalization,many universities adopt and carry out corresponding language policies which lead them to bilingualism or multilingualism. The University of Aveiro in Portugal carries out its own language policy which can be said to be a success,at the same time it also exposes some problems. The case of the University of Aveiro can be used as reference for language policy making in other countries.
