摘要
针对目前地方高校电气类大学生缺乏创新意识和创新能力的现状,根据地方高校和学生的特点,提出了"课堂—基地—课外"三位一体的创新教育新模式。经过两年多的实践,新模式取得了显著成效,学生的创新意识和创新能力得到明显提高,学生的创新成果比较显著。
According to present situation of the local university electrical engineering students being short of innovation consciousness and ability, based on the characteristics of local university and students, a trinity innovation education new mode of classroom - base - extracurricular was proposed. A remarkable effect of the new mode has achieved after two years' practice, innovation consciousness and ability has improved obviously and the students' innovation achievements are relatively significant
