多媒体网络环境下《综合英语》课堂教学模式反思与探索

A Reflection and Probe into the Teaching Model of Comprehensive English in the Network and Multi-media Environment

《综合英语》是一门综合技能课,其主要目的在于培养和提高学生综合运用英语的能力,但在实践教学过程中,许多教师虽置身于现代教学环境却仍采用传统教学模式,整个教学过程几乎就是教师单方面的课件展示和信息灌输,课堂上缺少互动,教师就像那唱戏的疯子,而学生只是看戏的傻子,教学效果不尽人意。但是,如果我们在多媒体网络环境下采用互动式教学模式,学生的学习积极性将极大提高,《综合英语》课程教学效果将显著增强。

Comprehensive English is a course with the purpose of developing and improving the students＇ comprehensive abilities to use English. In order to achieve this goal, foreign schools have been trying the Network and Multi -media aid in teaching English. However, many teachers cling to the traditional teaching model in the modem environment. Their teaching process is merely a preprogrammed software static display to and information enforcement on the students. There is almost no interaction between the teachers and students and between the students themselves in the classroom, where the teachers just deliver their monologues and the students are like robots. The teaching efficiency never meets the expectation of both the teachers and students. Nevertheless, if we adopt a new model of interactive teaching in the Network and Multi - media classroom, the students will be more absorbed in Comprehensive English classes and thus the teaching efficiency will be greatly improved.
