摘要
常规的基于GSM和GPRS的无线通信技术由于其传输速度问题,在配电变压器远程监测上的应用受到限制。随着3G技术的不断成熟和发展,提出了基于3G技术的配电变压器的远程监控系统,解决了基于GSM和GPRS无线信息传输系统所存在的传输量不足的缺点。为满足传输过程中编码和解码的需求,采用了双处理器构架,使图像和声音这些反映配电变压器状态的重要信息真正应用到配电变压器远程监测系统中,极大地提高了配电变压器监测的准确性。
Due to the low transmission speed, common wireless communication technologies such as GSM and GPRS could not be successfully used for distribution transformer remote monitoring. An integrated design strategy of online monitoring for distribution transformers is proposed. The system is based on 3G technology and can overcome the difficulty of signal transmission in the present wireless communication system based on GSM and GPRS. For the transmission requires of the encoding and decoding of video and audio, this system uses dual processor. In the system pictures and sounds could be used to judge the working condition of distribution transformer, and hence the accuracy of remote monitoring for distribution transformer was improved greatly
