摘要 随着微机继电保护装置的普及和技术水平的提高,对测试设备的智能化程度提出了更高的要求。本文提出了一种基于双DSP与CPLD的微机继电保护测试仪,分析了装置内高精度信号发生主控模块和人机交互模块中各硬件电路的原理及功能,概述了功率放大电路及其保护、自检电路的设计。阐述了主控模块的系统程序设计方法并定义了内部通讯协议。装置采用了嵌入式实时操作系统DSP/BIOS设计人机交互系统软件以确保监控的实时性。基于双DSP与CPLD的微机继电保护测试仪体小质轻,运行可靠,能够满足各种常规继电器和微机保护装置的测试要求。 With technique development and promotion of micro-chip based relay system, relay test device was asked to be smarter. This paper proposed a relay test device based on dual DSP&CPLD, mechanism and function of control module generating high fidelity signals and MMI module were analyzed, also, design on protective and self-checking circuit of power amplifier was presented. The rules of designing on a control module program was illustrated and inter communication protocol was defined. The adoption of real-time operation system (DSP/BIOS) guaranteed the performance of MMI module. The device based on DSP and CPLD is light and portable, and reliable, which can meet test requirements of all kinds of common relay and MC based relay devices.
