摘要 研究了硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝锆偶联剂、硬脂酸对钛酸钾晶须改性的工艺优化及改性效果,发现硬脂酸含量为3%、硅烷偶联剂含量为1%、钛酸酯偶联剂含量为2%、铝锆偶联剂含量为2%时,钛酸钾晶须的改性效果较优,其中硬脂酸的改性效果最好;研究了普通干燥工艺对改性钛酸钾晶须的影响,发现改性钛酸钾晶须在100℃干燥2h条件下易分散。 The process optimization and effect of the surface modification for potassium titanate whiskers (K2O·6TiO2) with four kinds of modifiers were researched, which were silane, titanate, steric acid and aluminum-zirconium complex coupling agents. It was found that when the contents of steric acid, silane, titanate or aluminum-zirconium complex coupling agent were 3%, 1%, 2% or 2%, the modification effects of potassium titanate whiskers were better and the modification effect of steric acid was the best. The effect of dry process to modified potassium titanate whiskers was researched. It was found that the modified potassium titanate whiskers was dispersed easily after dry process under 100℃ for 2 hours.
