摘要
为探明活化有机肥对烤烟根系生长和土壤微生物的影响,于2008年对活化有机肥的施用效果进行了研究。结果表明,施用活化有机肥促进了烟株根系的生长发育,增加根鲜重和根体积,提高了根系活力,从而提高烟株对土壤水分和养分的吸收能力。同时,施用活化有机肥增加了土壤中三大类群的微生物数量,这对提高烟田养分利用效率可起到一定作用,其中以施用5g/株的效果较好。
Pot and field experiment were carried out in order to research the effect of bio-activated organic fertilizer on root growth of flue-cured tobacco and microorganism quantities of rhizosphere soil in 2008.Results showed that bio-activated organic fertilizer could promote root growth,increase root fresh weight,root volume and root activity,accordingly,these enhanced the tobacco plant capacity of absorption from the soil water and nutrient.The quantities of bacteria,epiphyte and actinomycetes were increased at the same time,this improved the efficiency of using nutrient from tobacco field to some extent.The 5g per-pot treatment is the best among all the treatments.
