摘要
以黑曲霉GL为出发菌株,经紫外诱变,筛选到纤维素降解效率高的菌株GL1。用Plackett-Burman试验及响应面试验方法研究该菌株固态发酵木薯渣的条件,结果表明,最佳发酵条件是:初始pH7.5、发酵温度35℃、培养基初始含水量4mL/g。在此发酵条件下,该菌株产还原糖量为435.7mg/g;纤维素降解率为45.21%。
A degradation of cellulose high-yield strain GL1 was selected from Aspergillus niger GL by UV treatment.By the Plackett-Burman design and response surface analysis method,the optimal conditions of GL1 solid-state-fermentation cassava residue were determined.The results showed that the optimal intial pH and temperature was pH7.5 and 35℃,and the initial water content of medium was 4mL/g.At these conditions,the reducing-sugar content and cellulose-degradation degree produced by GL1 was 435.7 mg/g and 45.21%,respectively.
