摘要
本文利用有限元软件NXNastran中的面接触功能和模态计算功能,以HSK热胀式刀柄/刀具联接结构为例,分析了不同的配合过盈量、配合长度和不同的接触条件对整体结构模态的影响,其计算和分析结果为实际选用HSK刀柄/刀具联接方式和结构优化设计提供了理论指导。
Using the function of face to face contact analysis and modal calculation of FEM soft NX Nastran, and with the example of HSK thermal shrink-fit holder/cutter interface, the paper analyses the influence level of HSK holder/cutter interface on solid structure modal according to various mating interference, mating length and mating conditions, the results of calculating and analyzing offer applied selection of HSK holder/cutter interface methods and structure optimizing design.
