摘要
对拉刀进行有限元分析实现其优化设计。以VB作为二次开发工具,通过设计接口实现了一种渐开线花键拉刀刀齿,并在SolidWorks环境中进行三维参数化建模。应用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对拉刀刀齿进行有限元分析,将分析结果与设计要求作了对比。结果表明,有限元法可以为拉刀的设计提供技术支持。
The finite element analysis of the broaches can fulfill the optimum of its design. Taking VB as the second development toot, the three-dimensional parametric modeling of a kind of the involute spline broach teeth was completed in software Solid- Works by designing interface. Then the FEA of the broach tooth was done in software MSC. Marc. Finally, the results was compared with design feature of broach. So FEA is able to provide the technical support for the design of the broach.
