摘要
从供热系统功能质量特性出发，利用系统事故状态概论评价的方法，推导得出了供热系统可靠性年评价指标。
In this thesis, the calculation method of the probability is gave when the heating network is on accident situation.The annual reliability evaluation index and its calculation formula is put forward.
