天气预报节目的服务能力和资源分析 被引量:2

摘要 天气预报节目从诞生之初就以服务公众为己任,公众的满意度是衡量天气预报节目最重要的指标。天气预报节目在其发展过程中不断提高信息的准确率和解读能力、包装水平.满足公众的需要。经过20多年的发展,我国的天气预报节目可用资源大大增加,服务能力显著提升。然而.全球变暖这一问题日益突出.引发的灾害天气和极端气候事件对公众的影响也越来越大,因此,天气预报节目也肩负起新的使命,
