5种实木复合地板木材表面润湿性研究 被引量:9

摘要 以表面接触角和表面自由能为评价指标,研究了杨木、红橡、色木、柚木和红檀5个树种的实木复合地板表板木材的表面润湿性。分析了5个树种的木材的密度、抽提物对表面润湿性的影响。结果表明:不同木材的表面润湿性和表面自由能差异较大,其中,杨木的润湿性最好,表面自由能为107.87 mN/m;色木的润湿性较好,表面自由能为60.57 mN/m;红橡的润湿性较差,表面自由能为47.98 mN/m;柚木和红檀的润湿性最差、表面自由能分别为36.09 mN/m和35.79 mN/m。 The wettability of surface veneer in five kinds of engineered solid wood flooring, such as, poplar, red oak, maple, teak and red santalam was studied, using the surface contacting angle and the surface free energy as assessment parameters. The effect on the wettability of desity and extractives in five kinds of wood species was also studied. The results showed that the difference in the surface contacting angle and the surface free energy among wood species is obvious, the sequence of wettability is poplar, maple, red oak, teak and red santalam, and the surface free energy is 107.87 mN/m, 60.57 mN/m, 47.98 mN/m, 36.09 mN/m, 35.79 mN/m, respectively.
