低温和GA_3处理对凤丹种子萌发及幼苗质量影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Chilling Time and Different Concentrations of Gibberellic Acid on the Epicotyl Germination and Seedling Quality in Paeonia ostii 'Fengdan'

摘要 研究了不同时间的低温(4℃)处理及不同浓度的GA3处理对凤丹种子上胚轴萌发及幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:所有处理均能缩短凤丹种子上胚轴萌发时间,以低温28天处理初萌期最短,其次是低温21天和300 mg/LGA3处理;在一定的GA3浓度范围内,浓度越高,凤丹种子发芽指数与发芽率越高;不同时间低温处理后凤丹种子发芽指数与发芽率均高于对照,其中低温21天处理是所有处理中发芽指数与发芽率最高的。在对凤丹苗生长发育的影响方面,GA3处理在很大程度上促进了幼苗增高、叶柄伸长,增大叶面积,且有利于凤丹幼苗生物量以及叶片可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖积累,其中以300 mg/L GA3处理促进效果最佳;其次,低温21天处理促进凤丹幼苗生长发育效果也较好,且幼苗根冠比在所有处理中为最大,可推断低温21天处理可能使凤丹幼苗后续生长最具潜力。 Effects of different chilling time and different concentrations of GA3 on epicotyl germination and seedling growth were studied in Paeonia ostii ‘Fengdan'. The results showed that,all the treatments can shorten the time of epicotyl germination of ‘ Fengdan' , the 28 days chilling treatment was the shortest, and the next was 21 days chilling treatment and 300 mg/L GA3 treatment;in a certain range of GA3 concentrations,higher concentrations, higher seed germination index and germination rate in ‘Fengdan' ; the seed germination index and germination rate of ‘ Fengdan' after different time chilling treatments were higher than the control, in which,the treatment of 21 days chilling had the highest germination index and germination rate. For seedling growth of ‘Fengdan' , GA3 promoted seedlings increasing, petiole elongation and leaf area increasing,and also increased the seedling biomass as well as the leaf soluble protein and soluble sugar accumulation, in which, 300 mg/L GA3 treatment had the best effect;secondly,the 21 days chilling treatment also had a much better effect on the seedling growth and development,and it had the biggest root-shoot ratio. So the 21 days chilling treatment may have the most potential for growth of ‘ Fengdan' seedlings.
