摘要
采用加压浸渍法将负载型光催化材料——竹炭/TiO2复合体渗入杨木单板中,运用正交试验方法对纳米TiO2改性杨木单板的胶合性能进行了研究,探讨涂胶量、热压压力与浸渍压力等因素对材料胶合性能的影响,并结合扫描电镜分析给出了制板的最佳工艺条件:热压压力为1.2 MPa,浸渍压力为1.6 MPa,涂胶量250 g/m2。
The supported photocatalysts materials-bamboo chareoal/TiO2 were impregnated into poplar veneer by immersion under pressurized conditions. The bonding strength of poplar veneer modified by nano-TiO2 under different experimental conditions such as amount of adhesives, hot-pressing pressure and impregnated pressure, arranged with orthogonal method, was studied. The best process parameters for the production were also presented with the aid of SEM. The optimal process parameters are: pressing pressure is 1.2 MPa, impregnated pressure is 1.6 MPa, adhesive spreading guantity is 250 g/m2.
