摘要
研究了不同高温和热老化作用对交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆(Y JV)和阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆(ZR-Y JV)绝缘失效的影响。使用401型老化试验箱和高温管式炉。预热后,在15m in内分别升温至400℃、450℃、500℃、550℃和600℃。结果:①对确定的绝缘材料,绝缘失效温度基本固定,设定温度升高,绝缘失效时间缩短,与环境温度和升温速率基本无关。②与Y JV相比,ZR-Y JV绝缘失效温度有所上升,但上升幅度较小。③热老化对电缆绝缘失效温度的影响显著,老化程度越大,失效温度下降越明显。
Effects of the different high temperature and the heat aging to the bridging polyethylene insulation cable (YJV) and the flame-retardant bridging polyethylene insulation cable(ZR -YJV) has been studied. The 401 aged test box and the high temperature tube-type test furnace were applied. After preheating, the temperature rises to 400 ℃, 450℃, 500℃, 550 ℃ and 600℃ respectively in 15 min. Results.. (1)The insulation failure temperature for definite insulation materials is basically fixed. The time of insulation failure decreases as given temperature rises, and has nothing to do with environment temperature and temperature rise rate. (2) The insulation failure temperature of ZR--YJV is a little higher than that of YJV. (3)Effect of the heat aging to the insulation failure temperature of cable is evident. And the larger the aging degree is, the more evidently the failure temperature decreases.
