摘要
薄板轻钢住宅对高温和火灾敏感,应加强防火保护。我国规范强调保证建筑构造的被动防火性能。提高轻钢结构耐火性能多采用薄板钢龙骨间添加保温隔热材料并在其外面覆盖石膏板,可通过改变填充材料和增加石膏板的厚度和敷设层数提高耐火性能。建议强化主动防火能力,达到部分降低对轻钢构件耐火性能的要求。
The fire prevention of thin plate light steel residence should be enhanced for its high sensitivity to fire and high temperature. The Codes of our country pay more attention on the passive fire protection of construction. The fire prevention performance of light steel could be enhanced by fill in the heat insulation materials and covered by gypsum plate. To enhance the active fire prevention ability was suggested to reduce the requirement to its fire prevention performance.
