摘要
并购重组是国有企业优化经济结构和实现国有资产战略性重组的重要举措。并购重组企业的文化差异和冲突直接或间接影响着资产并购重组的成败。缩小企业文化的差异,积极构建新的企业目标、价值观和行为规范,是企业重组成功的精神保障。
Merger and Reorganization is an important measure for state-owned enterprises to optimize their economic structure and to achieve the strategic reorganization of state-owned assets. The cultural differences and conflicts of M&A enterprises, either directly or indirectly, depend on whether the M&A of assets is a success. The spiritual guarantee for the success of M&A and reorganization of enterprises in Shaanxi is to narrow the cultural differences between enterprises and actively build new business goals, values and norms of behavior.
